We’re less than 4 miles from the beach, but we really haven’t been there as much as I thought. The kiddos love it, but it’s not like the Florida vacation gulf beach we’re used to with white sand and blue water. In fact, during our day at Will Rogers State Beach, it was downright chilly! (Note to self – Next time dress in layers, bring extra clothes and towels.)
The marine layer was quite thick this morning and didn’t burn off until it was time for us to leave. So it was pretty cloudy and cool. Nonetheless, it was a lot of fun. In these photos you’ll also see Ethan’s buddy Crew, his little sister Sibley and their mom and dad (Sarah and Mark — fellow Mizzou grads).
And of course, Max just wanted to eat the sand. Mmmmm…..sand.

I see surfers in your future….
It looks like ETHAN has a new friend . They appeared to be having a good time together . However , tell MAX that the little girl as cute as she is , is too old for him . I can
see both ETHAN and MAX doing “HANG TENS” in the near future.
