Easter 2024 in NYC

We had the joy of spending Easter 2024 in NYC with the boys! We packed in so much into a few days.

We so enjoyed nerding out in our respective categories … fashion, food, journalism, history, and architecture. We even had the pleasure of meeting some old LA friends for lunch.

We tried to experience as much of Manhattan as we could – from the subway buskers to crazy karaoke cab rides to walking the Brooklyn Bridge & 5th Avenue…street food & local favorites!

Ethan was 17 (Jr) and Max was 13 (7th grade). We stayed at Thompson Central Park which was a great hotel in a perfect location for exploring the island by foot and subway.

Ethan was excited to see Times Square, Max enjoyed Central Park. I don’t think I could pick one favorite…Rockefeller Center… the breathtaking beauty of St. Patrick’s Cathedral juxtaposed with monstrous modern skyscrapers & seeing Lady Liberty… all of it was awesome. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum was truly an emotional & unforgettable experience. We were lucky enough to connect with some old friends & also witnessed the pomp & circumstance of Biden’s presidential motorcade drive right past us. Such a great visit – We will definitely be back for more NYC fun! ❤️🗽🏙️
