One of the places at the top of our California Bucket List has been Joshua Tree National Park. I’ve never been to the desert and I would very willingly return. It truly is otherworldly and I couldn’t snap enough photos of the landscape, vegetation and the mountain-goat-like boys soaking it all in.
We were a little bummed out that our planned weekend in Joshua Tree was mostly rainy and cold (we even saw a bit of snow). However, we were with good friends and the weather most certainly didn’t stop us from exploring the magnificent park.
What a wondrous place. The boys (young and old alike) absolutely loved it and I know we’ll be back for a longer stay next time.
