We had the pleasure of trick-or-treating with two galactic heroes! Starlord (Ethan) and Rocket Racoon (Max)Â from the Marvel movie Guardians of the Galaxy. Max’s mask was a little creepy, but his cute racoon tale made up for it!
We had a lot of fun shopping for Halloween treats and decorating the house. Max’s favorite decoration was a big witch that crashed into our palm tree!
Trunk-or-Treat at St. Martin was spooktacular and Gma and Gpa Danker were able to attend with us. We decorated our car and handed out candy while Ethan and Max hung out with friends and gathered the mother load of candy.
October 31st was such a fun-filled day! SMT held its annual Halloween parade and cake walk. Max’s school also had a Halloween celebration.
After school we attended our friend Ethan Loy’s Halloween birthday celebration before heading over to our Mar Vista friends’ house for dinner and trick-or-treating and the boys had a blast. And thankfully, the long-awaited (and very much-needed) rain held off until late Halloween night!
We even were able to visit the neighborhood homemade haunted house that attracts 2,000 visitors Halloween night. It wasn’t scary (Ethan and Max are both terrified of anything bloody), but it was definitely over the top…decorated inside and out.

The boys loved their Halloween cards and trick-or-treating sweets, but it wore them out!

Oh my goodness………….I luved the boys’ costumes. It seems like it was a full day of fun and laughter. I can see how they fell into the bed after the partying and trick ‘n treating. Luved the decorations at the Danker home.
Looks as though that Halloween is spectacular in sunny Calif. The boys and costumes looked fantastic , plus the spooky work you did around the house.Wish you were here.Love grandpa.
