From Yosemite, our spring break journey continued westward as we drove to the coast to experience Steinbeck Country and the real Cannery Row of Monterey Bay. The boys loved the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium which is located on the site of a former sardine cannery on Cannery Row. The aquarium holds 35,000 plants and animals, represents 623 species and circulates ocean water through pipes which pump it in from Monterey Bay.

Looks like the boys really enjoyed this part of the trip. I particularly liked the Candy Store! Very nice pics.
